Italian Renaissance Dr. Stumborg Suite

The Dr. Stumborg Italian Renaissance Suite, newly styled in Tuscan decor and designs complimented with Roman Columns, a corner fireplace, water fountain, is described as Italian essence. A ceiling hand painted by local artist, Richard L. Champagne, is adorned with cupids in each corner surrounded by gold moldings and painted clouds. Chandeliers compliment the bathroom of granite & imported tile with a Jacuzzi and a separate powder room. This suite also has a love seat to accommodate 2 additional guests.

The South of France Chief Adler Suite

The Chief Adler Suite boasts a Provence, France setting. This French flair includes a comfortable queen sized bed, newly remodeled and redecorated surroundings to include a gold leafed corner writing table, French Provencial dresser, and fabrics purchased in Provence. The adjoining bath has imported tile, whirlpool tub, Corian vanity top, all styled in European fashion.

Enjoy waterfront vacation accommodations with four select weeks during the summer season. All condos have two bedrooms and two baths and two decks overlooking Newport Harbor. A full kitchen is also offered and a comfortable living room with fireplace and jetted master bath tub. Imagine a condo for six with cooking facilities. The resort is in the heart of downtown Newport and a stones throw away from the shops, marina and numerous restaurants. Keep fit by using the Fitness Room and sauna. For a cooling splash use the outdoor and indoor pools.

June 15-22, 2012 with a 3 night minimum for $250 per night.

Have a large family? We have 2 condos for the  Labor Day Week.

August 31-September 7, 2012 at $299 per night per condo 3 night minimum.

September 21-Sept 28, 2012 a 3 night minimum for $250 per night.

Maximum six people per condo.

Deposit of one nights stay will be charged to your card and full balance three days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy 14 days notice. Less than 14 days a cancellation fee of $200 applies unless condo is re-booked.
